INTRODUCTION

The education sector is a booming business. Just ask the parents scrambling for months to get admission into the ‘best’ schools in their city.
Naturally, shouldn’t this boom end in exciting careers for those within the sector?
Well, it does. But the reality is hidden underneath myths that were higher suited to the twentieth century. Let us sample a few common points on how to get into jobs in the education sector:
1. The only job in the education sector is a teacher
2. Education jobs are only for women (Woman is a teacher but a man is ‘sir’)
3. Education jobs don’t pay well
4. Education jobs are to retire or have an easy life
5. Education jobs have no career path

EDUCATION IN INDIA 

India’s accomplishment rate has an upward mechanical phenomenon since independence.
The irony is that a ‘women-oriented’ sector includes a yawning gap between the genders it reaches.

There are over 300 million students taught across these halls. At a conservative ratio of 1 teacher for every 40 students (World Bank estimates it to be 32 in primary education), there are more than 7.5 million teaching jobs available.
And that doesn't take under consideration the educational institution caregivers, non-teaching employees, ancillary services, and EdTech businesses.

There are five levels in India — educational institution, primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary. Preschool isn't required however thought of necessary for development.
Schools at every level are additional divided into personal faculties and government faculties.
Private faculties have a profit motive whereas government faculties are socially driven.

These faculties are additional divided into Indian and International Boards. Private and government faculties provide Indian boards like CBSE, ICSE, and state boards.
Only personal faculties give International boards like IB and CIE. Salaries for both very, though private, international schools usually pay more.

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA FOR EDUCATIONAL JOBS

Good academic record

If you plan to educate others, you should have been a good student yourself.
A good tutorial record could be a necessity for many careers within the education sector.
Teacher jobs ordinarily have a minimum cut-off that's beyond in different sectors.

Great communication skills
Teaching is all about effective communication, which makes this skill a key attribute for a successful career and will make you eligible to get jobs in the education sector.
The ability to speak complicated concepts merely and exactly is that the foundation of any teaching exercise.

Patience
Teaching requires plenty of patience. A good teacher is ready to clarify things over and once again till the last person within the space understands the idea.

Kindness
Like patience, kindness may be a process attribute of a decent teacher. A teacher should be sensitive to the wants of scholars and be able to guide them sympathetically and knowledge.

Enthusiasm
Good educators never lose their enthusiasm despite teaching identical issue over and once again.
In fact, quality lecturers are inventive and notice new and attention-grabbing ways to show students.

Positivity
The best lecturers are filled with positive energy and continuously encourage students.
They realize that different pupils have different talents and are accommodative of quirks and follies.

Discipline
A teacher must know when to enforce discipline. It is important for teachers to inculcate a sense of discipline in students by enforcing strict order and exercising control.

A good teacher will ignite the imagination and provides students wings. If you are one of those who take legitimate pride in the achievements of others, a life in the education sector could be for you. A teacher’s success, after all, is measured by the achievements of students!
